These terms cover your use of the Flowline app for Canva and this website, both operated by NeuroPuls AI Agency ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Flowline generates animated arrow and connector graphics as vector Lottie files and inserts them into your Canva design. It runs as an app inside Canva and requires a Canva account. Your use of Canva itself is governed by Canva's terms, not ours.

2. Credits

• Credits are a consumable digital item bought in one-time packs. This is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• One credit inserts one Advanced style. The five Standard styles are free and do not consume credits.
• Credits are granted to your Canva account, are not transferable between accounts, and have no cash value.
• Credits do not expire. A credit is charged on insert and is returned automatically if the insert fails.
• Our server's record of your balance is the authoritative one.

3. Licence to the graphics you generate

Animations you generate are yours to use royalty-free, worldwide and in perpetuity, in personal and commercial work, including client projects, paid advertising, print and broadcast. No attribution is required.

You may not:

• resell or redistribute the generated files on their own — as stock assets, template packs, or any product whose main value is the animation itself;
• use them to build a competing arrow or animation generator;
• claim exclusive ownership of a style. The same settings produce the same output for every user, so what you own is your use of the file, not a monopoly on it.

Incorporating an animation into a larger design that you then sell — a template, a video, a deck, a client deliverable — is expressly fine and is what the app is for.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to produce material that is unlawful, or attempt to circumvent the credit system, overwhelm our infrastructure, or use our file hosting for anything other than animations the app generated.

5. Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we discontinue the app, we will give notice where we reasonably can and refund unused credits. Animations already inserted into your designs are hosted files; if hosting ends, those elements may stop displaying, and we will give notice before that happens.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
